When your PayPal is being limited, you cannot use it to pay, withdraw or send money. Usually, you are prompted to update some information such as ID Proof (Proof of ID) and Proof of Address (Proof of Address). Soon upload the requested information to PayPal. Hopefully after PayPal received the requested information, your PayPal account will be released.

• Some Proxy & IP from countries that are unsupported or change (like dynamic IP)

• Nominal transaction is too large
• Credit card / debit that cannot be used

• Content you place a trade website
Tips to prevent your PayPal exposure limit:
• Do not open new accounts and receive an amount that is too large after verification.
• Do not log into your account with the IP changing, especially in the cafe.
• Do not often change your account information.
• Do not frequently add or remove credit card data.
• When you receive a large sum of money do not try to immediately withdraw the money (withdraw), or send it to another PayPal account because you might allegedly received fraudulent funds.
• Make sure your website in accordance with the latest PayPal policy.
• While you should keep a small balance of money in your PayPal account, do not ever save money more than you can afford to lose.
